How long will it take to receive my order? We process and pack orders the same day! Once shipped, here is the estimated delivery time:

How much is shipping?

Standard Shipping: 60 EGP flat rate to anywhere in Egypt.

Free Shipping: Orders over 1000 EGP get FREE shipping automatically.
Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship inside Egypt. We are working on international shipping options for the future!
PAYMENTS
How can I pay for my order? We offer flexible payment options for your convenience:

Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay cash when the courier arrives.

Credit/Debit Cards: Secure online payment via PayMob (Visa & Mastercard).

InstaPay: You can transfer the total amount to our InstaPay account. (Choose "InstaPay" at checkout for instructions).

Mobile Wallets: Vodafone Cash and other wallets are accepted via PayMob.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Can I return my order if I don't like it? To keep our prices fair and our products hygienic, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for "change of mind" (e.g., if you don't like the style or fit). We encourage you to ask for real pictures or videos on WhatsApp before ordering!
What if my item arrives damaged? In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days. We will inspect the issue and replace the item or issue a full cash refund, including shipping costs.
Can I exchange an item? We do not offer direct exchanges. If you have an issue with a defective product, we will resolve it specifically.
JEWELRY CARE
Will the color fade or turn my skin green? Our jewelry is high-quality plated, but it is not solid gold.

Water & Sweat: You must avoid water, sweat, and perfume to keep the color intact.

Skin pH: High skin acidity can sometimes cause plating to fade faster or turn skin green. This is a natural reaction and not a defect.

ORDER ISSUES
Can I cancel or change my order? Since we pack orders same-day to ensure fast delivery, please contact us immediately on WhatsApp if you need to make changes. Once the courier has collected the package, we cannot cancel the order.
Where is my tracking number? You will receive an email (or WhatsApp message) with your tracking details as soon as the order is shipped.
