SHIPPING POLICY:
Where do we ship? Currently, we ship exclusively within Egypt. We deliver to all governorates including Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, the Delta, and Upper Egypt.
How much is shipping? We try to keep our shipping rates as simple as possible:

Standard Shipping: Depends on each area.

Free Shipping: All orders over 750 EGP qualify for FREE shipping.
Processing Time: We know you want your order fast!

Same-Day Processing: Orders are packed and handed to our courier partners on the same day (for orders placed before 2 PM).

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Estimated Delivery Times: Once your order is with the courier, here is when you can expect it:

Cairo & Giza: 3 - 4 Business Days.

Alexandria & Delta: 4 - 5 Business Days.

Rest of Egypt / Upper Egypt: 5 - 7 Business Days.
Please note: "Business days" are Sunday through Thursday. Delays may occur during busy seasons or public holidays.
How do I track my order? Once your order is shipped, you will automatically receive an email notification confirming that your package is on its way. This email will contain your order details.
Unexpected Delays:
In some instances the delivery may take more time than the standard shipping times stated here. Please contact us if your package is taking TOO LONG to arrive and we will help you to resolve any situation that we have control over! Our returns period is extended from the date you receive your order.
We aim to process all orders within 5 working days. however in some cases this may be extended to 7 working days. due to this busy time of year.

Return & Exchange Policy:
All Sales Are Final Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase. We do not offer returns or exchanges for "change of mind" (e.g., if you don't like the style or fit).
Ask Before You Buy To ensure you are 100% satisfied with your choice, we encourage you to:

Defective or Wrong Items Only We only accept returns in the unlikely event that the product has a manufacturing defect or if you received the wrong item.

You must report the issue within 3 days of receiving your order.

In the case of a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs and issue a full cash refund or replacement.
Non-Returnable Items For health and hygiene reasons, and to ensure the quality of our products for all customers, the following items are strictly final sale:

Earrings: Cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene regulations.

Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are final sale.
